No job to lose weight?

So I started to work I've always been a runner, but as I had my son last year donated five kilos and does not decrease my weight 120 pounds. I started working on healthy eating and again for the last three weeks. I made my career and work with training videos Jillian Michael and Wii. I've been taking a ton of water and green tea. I also stopped taking the pills for the weight I gained after I start taking them. However, I did my training for three weeks and has won three pounds instead of losing anything! What am I doing wrong? I'm not fat to begin with, but I want to lose weight which was before I had my son who is ten kilos lighter. Thanks!

well first common stereotype is that people expect to lose weight twice as fast you win when in fact, is likely to gain weight first because you are building muscle, which essentially weighs more than fat. to lose weight can actually take several months before to see something, and believe me there is no quick fix! The first thing is to focus more on weight training instead of cardio. weightlifting is more efficient because you work in a specific area, now do not misunderstand me cardio is good to start getting your heart rate, but generally focus on weight lifting. and that healthy choices, not worth it. People think these are great, but the fact is that some of these foods are all much (if not more) of sugar in them than the normal size Snickers bar! CAL Try eating 1200 a day, eating things high in protein because your body burns more calories to digest, and if it continues to 1200 Cal per day, you burn more than you take because your body naturally burns out around 1800 CAL day only life. but I would recommend this book is for eating not that. it is great! its not even like dieting, it's simple every day all foods, is to read the notes label. you can eat all kinds of food such as hamburgers, etc. Pasta Pizza. kind.and while his right to leave the pills before Christ is a myth that causes weight gain, and if He does not just make a difference. keep up the good work and good luck!
