wii 4.2 works, why won’t the shop channel update?

I was able to update my wii to version 4.2u but for some reason the shop channel still won’t update. I’ve tried several times and ways and i get this:

why don’t you either wait for the next update (recomended) or soft mod your wii to get the homebrew channel, download the internet channel.wad and wad installer. you would need an sd card for the homebrew channel. Put the wad installer in apps folder at the root of your sd card. make a folder wad in the root of your sd card. put the internet channel wad into the wad folder. open homebrew channel, go to wad installer, push a, push + on the internet channel wad and wait. it will install and you get to have the internet channel. You can do with all the games and apps that come from the wii shop channel for free.
